Guest gifting projects are handled directly by Keith Lipert and Adam Lipert, working closely with hotel and resort teams to understand the guest experience, setting, and desired impression. We develop artist-crafted gift ideas aligned with the property and occasion, refining presentation and packaging as needed. From concept to delivery, each detail is managed to ensure gifts arrive on time and enhance the guest experience.
